I'm considering making a short film to be shot in a few national parks in China. Does anyone know what the rules are about filming in national parks, and how to go about obtaining permission to film?

This would vary from Country to Country. I would suggest speaking to the Park directly to find out about their rules and fees. You may find each park has its own set.
